PACKAGE TERMS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PAYMENT & PROJECT START
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and begin production. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered. Flexible installment arrangements may be available for larger projects, subject to approval.
REVISIONS & ADDITIONAL CHANGES
Each package includes two rounds of revisions per song. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the agreed production, mixing, and mastering. Additional revisions or significant changes to the original project direction may require an additional fee, which will be discussed and approved before any extra work begins.
PROJECT TIMELINE & DELIVERY
Estimated turnaround times are 7–14 business days for the 1 Song Package, 4–6 weeks for the 5 Song Package, and 8–12 weeks for the 10 Song Package. Timelines begin once the deposit is received, project details are approved, and all required materials are provided. Delays in client feedback, revisions, or submitted materials may affect the final delivery date.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
Each package includes exclusive rights to the completed music, subject to the terms of a written production agreement. The agreement will outline ownership, songwriting and publishing credits, royalty splits (if applicable), and any third-party sample restrictions. Rights granted under the agreement take effect only after full payment has been received. Any samples or third-party materials requiring clearance must be addressed before commercial release.
MUSIC DISTRIBUTION & ROYALTY REGISTRATION
OB Beatzz provides hands-on assistance with digital music distribution and eligible royalty registrations. This includes preparing release information, organizing metadata, assisting with music submissions through the artist's chosen distribution platform, and helping complete applicable royalty registrations with the artist's authorization.
Artists must maintain ownership and control of their distribution and royalty collection accounts, provide accurate information, and cover any third-party fees or subscription costs.
OB Beatzz does not guarantee distribution approval, specific release dates, royalty earnings, or acceptance by third-party platforms and organizations.
SYNC LICENSING & PLACEMENT DISCLAIMER
OB Beatzz provides sync-ready formatting and guidance to help artists prepare their music for potential television, film, sports, advertising, and other media licensing opportunities. These services do not include guaranteed submissions, representation, licensing deals, or placements. Any future sync licensing opportunities may require separate agreements, approvals, and additional services.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Clients may request cancellation before production begins. Any eligible refund will be determined based on work already completed and expenses incurred.
Once production has begun, the initial 50% deposit becomes non-refundable due to the time, preparation, and resources committed to the project.
If OB Beatzz cancels a project, the client will receive a refund for services not delivered. Any refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed and payments received.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECT COMMUNICATION
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary project materials, recordings, references, and creative direction in a timely manner. Clear communication and timely feedback are essential to keeping projects on schedule.
Delays in submitting materials, responding to revision requests, or approving project milestones may result in adjustments to the estimated completion date.
OB Beatzz will maintain professional communication throughout the production process and provide reasonable updates regarding project progress.
FINAL DELIVERABLES & FILE DELIVERY
Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, OB Beatzz will provide the final professionally mixed and mastered songs in WAV and MP3 formats.
Each package also includes the agreed cover artwork: one single cover for the 1 Song Package, one EP cover for the 5 Song Package, or one album cover for the 10 Song Package.
Individual instrument and vocal stems, project session files, and alternate versions are not included unless separately agreed upon in writing.
Final files will be delivered electronically through a designated file-sharing or download method. Any additional deliverables must be discussed and approved before delivery.
